Saganettverk is a creative and inclusive network that develops meeting places focused on community, empowerment and practical learning. Our activities are organised as flexible, mobile initiatives in collaboration with local venues, schools and volunteer organisations. This allows us to meet children, young people and adults where they already are.
Our services were first developed through mobile workshops at shopping centres and other meeting places in the local community. This approach made us visible and accessible, while allowing us to test and adapt the activities together with the participants.
Following the pilot period in spring and summer 2026, we decided to temporarily pause our open stalls and workshops. We are now focusing on developing partnerships, applying for funding, and establishing the necessary administrative roles and structures. Therefore, we currently do not have fixed opening hours or a permanent activity programme. New activities and meeting places will be announced on our website and social media channels.
At the same time, we see a clear need for a permanent space where we can store equipment, develop our projects and create a more stable meeting place. We welcome dialogue with organisations and individuals interested in collaborating with us, or who know of suitable premises on Askøy or in the surrounding area.
